Grief Counseling

for Mothers and Women

Specialized care for maternal grief and traumatic or complicated grief

There is nothing to make the pain of loss easier but there is a way to find your breath again. There is an intersection where pain and beauty coexist.

No matter the loss you have faced, the pain of grief is deep and wide. I truly understand. I don’t have a way to take away your pain. It’s a reflection of the depth of love you have for the person you lost. It’s a way to hold onto them.

I can, however, provide you with attuned care and connection while you navigate a reality without your loved one. I can hold space for you that doesn’t require you to make any detail more palatable.

There is no one way to grieve and there is no single way to heal. I am here to be a witness and companion as we chart a path that feels bearable to you, one moment at a time. Healing after loss is possible.

Special Populations I Serve

Child Loss Grief

Grief Counseling After Infant Loss

There is no pain that is deeper or wider than the loss of your child. Losing a child at any age, for any reason, is the most traumatic experiences a human can endure. I am so sorry you are here and I’d be honored to hold your grief with you.

Grief Counseling After Stillbirth or Fetal Demise

Grief Counseling After TFMR

While I do work with women who have suffered miscarriage, this category of grief support is particularly aimed at those who have suffered later term losses due to stillbirth, fetal demise, or TFMR. The reality of losing your baby is tragic and deserves all the acknowledgement that the loss of a living child would get.

Loss of a Parent or Sibling at a Young Age

If you lost a parent or sibling before age 25, the trajectory of your life has altered course because of a loss that occurred before all of your major adult milestones. The grief of lost time, experiences, and relationship is so great. I am here to help you with the impact, no matter how long ago your loss occurred.

The good news is…

Even when hope feels lost, there is a path to a life you love again. There can be joy again.

I primarily work with women who are picking up the pieces after traumatic loss, particularly those who have faced sudden or unexpected losses.

I know this pain deeply and it is my privilege to join you right where you’re at. I provide space for you to process your experiences and feel connected along your path.
