Dedicated to supporting women courageously pursuing growth.

Hello! I’m a licensed therapist and coach. I help women who may feel unseen, overwhelmed, or who are approaching a difficult crossroad in their life. Together, we gently move you out of a place of fear, into greater health.

I help you find confidence, clarity, and peace by equipping you with the tools you need to develop a better relationship with yourself and others. Providing care that prioritizes your unique life as the foundation for our work together, I offer a compassionate holding place for you to be seen and heard. From there, we craft a plan that is goal specific and actively propels you toward the life you desire.

We all possess innate strength and goodness. By increasing self-compassion and understanding, we are better positioned to grow and thrive. Offering yourself the gift of kind and curious exploration is well worth the investment.

My specialized training means I have the expertise you need when navigating struggles like infertility, anxiety, loss, or complex trauma. While my credentials are important, I know that you also want to find someone to work with who really “gets” you; someone who uniquely understands your pain.

I understand. I know what it means to navigate overwhelming grief and fear. I also know what it means to heal and I want that for you. Because of my understanding, along with a lifelong curiosity about the human experience, I’ve devoted my career to guiding women out of pain and into a life that is purposeful and aligned with their desires. When we work together, you won’t simply get a therapist who is technically trained but also one who truly understands and is committed to your care and growth.

FAQ’s

How will I know that you are the right fit for me?

One of the greatest determinants of success in therapy is the quality of the relationship between the therapist and the client. Trust takes time to build but you should have a sense of growing ease in a therapeutic relationship as time goes on. I am diligent about checking in with my clients throughout our work to see how they are feeling about the work and to ensure we are making good progress towards the outcome they are seeking. It is very possible to have an excellent therapist who simply isn’t the right fit for you. It’s important to have collaborative, open dialogue about therapeutic fit early on.

What do the letters behind a therapist’s name mean?

It can be confusing to know what credentialing letters mean. Below is a short summary of common therapist credentials. More important than titles, it’s key to check to see if your therapist has an active license with your state that is in good standing (no disciplinary actions). You can check this by googling “[Your state} DOH license verification”. There should be a form to input the clinicians name and/or license number, which is often listed on their site or directory profile. This will give you information about whether their license is active. If it’s not active, they are not legally eligible to provide therapy services in that state.
